** Black Berry Users - Depending upon your service provider for your black
berry, you can log into their webmail where you can add other
email accounts there.

* Please note that Black Berry devices are supported by your service
provider and they can assist you in setting up additional email accounts on the
device. We do not normally offer techsupport on setting up email accounts on the
device.
Setting Up Outlook Email
Your username: <youremail>@yourdomain.com
ca/org/biz etc.
password:
XXXXXX
POP: mail.<yourdomain>.com
(or whatever TLD you have .ca,
.biz, .org)
SMTP: mail.<yourdomain>.com

Follow the instructions below
1. In outlook 2003 go to tools and click on the down arrows to see the entire
menu

2.) Select email accounts

3.) This screen will appear, click next

4.) Highlight your account with one click on the account, then click change

5.) Once in your account, check the settings for POP and SMTP and make sure
they are the
same as the ones below (should both be mail.yourdomain.com). Then click more
settings.

6.) Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab and make sure that "My outgoing
server..." is checked and
that the "Use same settings...." has a dot in it like below. ** Please note if
there was no check mark
in the "My outgoing server..." then put a check mark in and click OK then next
and finish - do not
go to step 7. If there was a check mark there then proceed to step 7.

7.) Next click on the Advanced tab and try changing the "Outgoing server
SMTP" setting from 25 to
587. Some large ISP have switched this port to reduce spam.
Also for Blackberry users, please note in
the picture below there is an option for Delivery put a check mark in the
Leave a copy of the message on the server option and put a checkmark in the
Remove from server after 3 days (select to remove from the server after 3
days). This will ensure that you receive emails both to your outlook and your
blackberry, this will also make sure that you are not leaving a ton of mail on
the server which will affect performance.
